Hi! I’m Heather Wyancko. This year my husband and I relocated to KCMO from DENVERCO where I had been working as a booking agent and photographer at the biggest (and best!) talent agency in the mountain region. Looking to fill the void once occupied by daily exposure to fashion, moncler womens style, and the exuberant creative energy that is hallmark to the industry, I naturally started a personal blog. But long before my life in the world of fashion and modeling ever began, I’d get down and dirty in my local thrift stores, snag the relics and rare finds, and piece together a personal style $20 at a time. It is in these cluttered shops that I was ‘born’ and why my blog is named ‘Thrift Stories’.

Meet Cherie from www.stylenudge.com

I’m a stylist, a mother of four, crazy about my dogs and a life-long collector of vintage things.  I love putting clothes together in new and surprising ways. I’m about creating something out of nothing and mixing the unexpected.  How you put your clothes together plus a little attitude is style.  All you need sometimes is a little “nudge”.

  1. Was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of this dress for the price I paid. I wore it to a formal evening wedding and EVERYONE LOVED IT. I always go by measurements and the size charts when buying. I am 5’9" and am 135lbs. Had I been any smaller this one would have been to big but as was it fit perfect.

  2. This dress is really cute and the fabric has a little bit of stretch to it, making it fit more comfortably. It is pretty much as pictured. I did measure before ordering, and it fit just a little bit large around the waist and hips, although through the bodice and sleeves it was perfect. I usually wear a 10 and I ordered a large. The reason it got 4 stars instead of five is that it is a little short waisted. I am 5’7” and the waistline is about an inch and a half above my natural waist. It fits sort of like a petite dress would. It’s not a deal breaker and I will still wear it, but it does disappoint me a bit. So much of the appeal of this style is that it should highlight one’s natural waist. This one fits more like an empire waist. So for taller girls, you may want to keep looking, as I think this style may not look on you exactly the way it does on the model.By the way, there are no washing instructions included. Since I’m a seamstress and familiar with fabrics, I assumed that it is a cotton polyester blend with a little spandex in it. I washed it on warm and hung it to dry. It dried nicely, and I will only have to lightly iron it. I do like that I won’t have to press gobs of wrinkles out of it.

  3. the material is very shiny – may have just missed that or misunderstood the description. the cherries are large and the graphic is not high quality. the overall effect makes the dress look gaudy, cheap and costume-like. I could not use it. They did respond to my request for a return very politely and gave me partial credit and had me just keep the dress. I felt a bit guilty that they would take a loss when the dress is so inexpensive, but I will buy more of their products – if you shop carefully, some of their clothes are very good bargains.

  4. I want this dress in every color! I LOVE it. According to the size chart I should have ordered a medium, but after reading other reviews I ordered a small and it fits perfect. A medium would have been too large, so I’m glad that I read the reviews. I also ordered the color "Rose" and it looks exactly like the photo, I know some reviewers said that the dress they received didn’t match the color pictured. I love the way it fits, I love the material. It’s perfect!

  5. Its gourguess. I loved ir ,very comftable … I was the que en appart from the bride, ir fit perfectly…. A little short from the picture bit fit really well …i will continue yo buy from this sellermoncle outlet
